Team should inform the constraints to Scrum Master and should approach Product Owner to reprioritize the User Stories for the remaining Sprints
The Project Manager recognizes that this is a slippage from the Scrum team and should force them to work for extra hours to complete these additional User Stories within the current release
Scrum master discusses with the Scrum Team and identifies the reasons for not being able to meet the planned User Stories for the release and then escalates to Product Owner that the project is at High Risk
The Project Manager adds new engineers to the project immediately after Sprint 6 and allocates the User Stories to them for completing all the Product Backlog Items within the Release timelines
