Each Digital Product that you purchasd from prepflix will be valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

Since the product is digital there is no return policy you can claim for cancel or refund.

Refund Policy

If you have not received the right product, or the product is not as mentioned that you have purchased from us, you can claim your refund for the product. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 2 calendar days of your purchase. After the 48-hour period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 2 days after their purchase to verify the product.
