BHRDPDCACOIC2101: assessment

Associate Consultant Bridge Certification is the first level assessment for employees to be a part of ACON Bridge Program. Clearing this Certification will determine your candidature for the Associate Consultant Bridge Program, that allows inter stream movements. Note on eligibility for Bridge Program: Confirmed employees (JL3A,4B,4A) in Delivery, Testing, Engineering streams currently in India with no NI and UP rating last cycle are eligible for the Bridge Program. In addition, tenure check, time frame since last role change etc. is also checked basis which eligible candidates will be invited to attempt the certification. Important Note on cutoff: Please note that not meeting the pass percentage on Lex in the assessment does not necessarily mean you failed. The cutoff for ACON bridge assessment is dynamic and relative like any other competitive exams and may change every quarter. This score is only for your reference and may be used to improvise.
